CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Booking Confirmation: We require clients to provide their details and secure their appointment at the time of booking. This helps us confirm your spot and prepare for your treatment.

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is based on the treatment type and can range from $50 - $150. This charge helps cover the time and resources reserved exclusively for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By respecting our cancellation policy, you help us maintain a smooth, efficient service for all our clients.
