With over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry and eight years specialising in cosmetic tattooing, our passion lies in enhancing natural features with precision, artistry, and a deep understanding of facial harmony.
Each treatment is a carefully curated experience, designed to bring balance and refinement while honouring your unique beauty. Whether through bespoke brow design, corrective tattooing, or advanced beauty treatments, our approach is personalised, intuitive, and results-driven.
Our primary clinic is located on the Sunshine Coast in a serene, welcoming space designed for relaxation and transformation. We are also honoured to serve our Airlie Beach community in the Whitsundays, where we visit every three months to care for our loyal clients and welcome new ones.

MEET JESS, THE FOUNDER OF KOKO
My journey in beauty began at 17, and from the very start, I was determined to go beyond the basics. Alongside my NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications, I threw myself into extra courses each year, always striving to refine my skills and deepen my knowledge.
My first job was as an assistant manager at Eden Day Spa in Exeter, where I gained invaluable experience while continuing my studies. When I arrived in Australia from England, I found myself in Airlie Beach, where I met my husband and, within six months, opened my first salon, The Beauty Room Airlie Beach.
The Beauty Room quickly became a hub for exceptional beauty treatments, where I connected with clients and poured my heart into every detail. After nearly a decade of success, I made the decision to sell the salon just before its 10th anniversary, passing it to a close friend who has taken it to new heights. I’m proud of what we built and grateful for that chapter of my life. Over these years i dedicated myself to continuous professional development, much of that in the field of cosmetic tattooing. My journey began at the prestigious Melbourne School of Cosmetic Tattooing, where I gained foundational knowledge and skills. I further refined my expertise by completing advanced training and obtaining master certificates at the renowned Swiss Academy.
With 8 years of experience in the industry, I remain committed to upgrading my skill set and staying at the forefront of the latest techniques and trends in cosmetic tattooing. My next chapter began when I became a mother to my miracle baby, Lola Hope. This life-changing event led me to launch Koko Brow Skin, where I continued my passion for cosmetic tattooing. Just three months after Lola’s arrival, I was back in the treatment room, refining my skills and expanding my expertise.
From The Beauty Room to Glow Aesthetic, my career has allowed me to grow and connect with an amazing community of clients. After moving to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family, I’m excited to continue my journey attending expos, expanding my knowledge, and pursuing the latest advancements in cosmetic tattooing. In the future, I also plan to explore para-medicine, as I find anatomy and the body’s healing capabilities absolutely fascinating.
